Towgenix towing management platform

A solo, end-to-end platform that connects directly with VRR Parking and turns qualifying expired-permit or violation events into trackable impound jobs.

The integration challenge

Manual towing dispatch introduces duplicate entry, delayed jobs, and limited traceability. Towgenix accepts structured parking events, authenticates and validates them, applies towing rules, and creates the corresponding operational job with a source audit trail.

Independent delivery

I designed and delivered the Laravel backend, Angular operations interface, integration boundaries, background processing, job lifecycle, and deployment workflow. Idempotent event handling prevents retries from creating duplicate impounds, while structured logging supports fast diagnosis when an external event fails.
